Notices sent via email are considered delivered 24 hours after being sent, unless we receive information that the email address is invalid. Legal notices may also be delivered via registered mail to the address provided in your account, and such notices will be deemed received three days after mailing.When you log in, we create several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences.

Termination

Iqra Agro Service may, without prior notice, terminate your access to the website or mobile applications and revoke any rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the website or apps, and all account credentials issued to you will be disabled.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations, including payment obligations, that arose prior to the termination date. Iqra Agro Service will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access. If you are dissatisfied with the website, mobile apps, or any policies or practices, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of Iqra Agro Service.

User Data & Account Deletion

Users can create an account on IqraAgroService.com using Facebook, Google, Apple, or their email address. Having an account allows users to place orders conveniently and access their order history within the “My Account” section.

We use your information solely for maintaining your order history and contacting you regarding order processing or delivery. You may request deletion of your account at any time, and upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data. You may create a new account again in the future if needed.
