Applicable Law and Jurisdication

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to the Arbitration section below, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi and waive objections to venue.hn8

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to these Terms will be settled by confidential, binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Karachi, Pakistan. Arbitration will be conducted in English and governed by Pakistan law in accordance with the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended or replaced. The arbitrator will be legally trained, experienced in the field of information technology, and independent of both parties.

Iqra Agro Service reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in courts when necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
