Return Policy

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product category and condition. Please review the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

Before placing an order, please read the product criteria and delivery charges carefully. Only proceed with the purchase if you fully agree. If you do not agree, please do not buy the product.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return if the reason is “No longer needed.”

Fertilizers and pesticides are not eligible for return if the correct product was delivered.

For Seeds or Hybrid Seeds, any issues that arise after usage or after the return window has expired will be referred to the respective brand’s warranty center (if applicable).

Certain items that are marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned. Please review the complete list of non-returnable items before purchase.

This return policy does not apply to Overseas Products.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

1. Damaged or Defective Product

The delivered product is physically damaged, destroyed, broken, or defective (dead on arrival).

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Product

The delivered product is incorrect (different from what was shown on the website/app) or incomplete (missing parts or items).

3. No Longer Needed (Selected Products Only)

The delivered product is no longer needed — for example:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer have a use for the product
  • The size or quantity does not meet your requirement
  • You dislike the product after opening

This reason is eligible only for selected products purchased through the Iqra Agro Service website.
